🐔 Layer Management
House layers in a clean, well-ventilated unit with about 14–16 hours of light daily at laying age. Provide clean water at all times, quality layers mash, and collect eggs at least twice a day to keep them clean and uncracked.
🍗 Broiler Management
Broilers need warmth, dry litter and constant access to feed and water. Start on high-protein starter crumbs, move to growers/finisher feeds, and keep the house dry to prevent disease. Most broiler breeds reach market weight in 5–7 weeks with good feeding.
🐥 Chick Feeding
Feed day-old chicks a quality chick mash or starter crumbs from day one. Use shallow drinkers with clean, lukewarm water, keep brooder temperature around 33–35°C in week one, and reduce it gradually as chicks feather.
💉 Vaccination Guidance
All our day-old chicks are vaccinated at the hatchery. Follow your vet or supplier schedule for follow-up vaccines such as Newcastle and Gumboro — we share a simple vaccination calendar with every chick purchase.
🥚 Egg Production
ISA Brown hens start laying at around 18–20 weeks and can produce over 300 brown eggs per year under proper feeding and management. Consistent feed, water and light are the three keys to peak production.
🐣 Hatching & Incubation
Use fresh, clean fertile eggs stored pointed-end down. Incubate at about 37.5–37.8°C with proper humidity and regular turning for the first 18 days, then stop turning for hatching. Ask us about our fertile hatching eggs at wholesale rates.
